My face doesn’t have much fat because long ago I intentionally got fat grafting, and I was afraid that if I removed it, I’d go back to how I was before, so I didn’t do it. It’s not severe, but because my cheek fat had decreased I went there, and they suggested making my face smaller by doing liposuction on the cheekbones and jaw instead.
