When I had consultations for breast fat grafting at other clinics, they didn’t do an ultrasound, but here they did an ultrasound and carefully checked how much fat could be transferred. I liked that they firmly told me what wasn’t possible. I didn’t have enough fat, so they had to harvest from other areas too, which added to the cost, but if you have enough fat volume in your thighs or back flanks, I don’t think you need to worry about extra charges.
