I tried to make a reservation through the application and go in, but a few days before the consultation, they suddenly said a patient issue had come up, changed the consultation time on their own, and notified me afterward. Then they said it had to be that time or nothing, and stopped responding. I contacted them again and set a date, but again, a few days beforehand, they contacted me asking to change the time... I barely managed to change my schedule and went for the consultation. The doctor was kind and answered my questions well. They seemed to have their own style, and I was satisfied. In the end, I didn’t decide on them because of the curt consultation manager, who didn’t even answer my questions well. I understand you’re busy, but please manage your staff better.
