An acquaintance had it done here and it came out natural, and since naturalness is also the look I’m going for, I made a consultation appointment by phone and visited. The consultation manager spoke with me comfortably and listened well. Then I talked with the director (Director Ryu Woo-sang), and he had a very firm aesthetic preference of his own, which was actually good for me. I wanted natural double eyelids that would not look like I had surgery, so the additional surgery the doctor recommended and the line he designed did not seem like the absolute best to me, but from my perspective they seemed like the best possible approach, so I liked it. I was also more satisfied because the additional procedure he recommended was not excessive, and he suggested a way to make my eyes look naturally bigger. He gently but clearly told me what could not be done, so personally I was satisfied with the consultation. In conclusion, after the consultation I decided to have it done here because of the director, and I also made a reservation. However, what was a little disappointing was that after the reservation, perhaps because the consultation manager was busy, it was hard to get in touch with her and there was no callback. Maybe because of these things, I also felt that her tone over the phone changed a little after the reservation. (I called once or twice more because I had additional questions.) Because of this, I debated a lot until the surgery date about whether I should just cancel, because even though it is an easy surgery, I was worried about what would happen if something came up and I could not get in touch. Still, I had decided based on the director, so I did not cancel. Two acquaintances had surgery by the director and their results were good, so I do recommend him, but the reason I hesitate a little to recommend is because the disappointing points made it feel a bit difficult to recommend to people around me.
