I had fat grafting done together with my nose surgery, and it hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet, but it looks so natural I feel like it will all disappear soon. It would have been nice if they had taken a bit more out of the chin tip too, but for the chin tip to look pointed, I think it’ll probably need to be done with filler. The second round is 3 months later, but the thought of surgery again is so awful. I don’t want to lie on an operating table anymore..
