I had a consultation for revision eyelid surgery. The consultation went in the order of office manager - director - office manager, and I was a little disappointed that the consultation with the director was quite short. I think it was because they were busy. The consultation manager was very kind and empathized a lot, which I liked. But because the director's consultation was so short, I'm thinking about whether to decide on surgery.
