My sister went there for surgery, and I went with her from the consultation all the way through the surgery day. The consultation was mostly about idol trainees and celebrities being regulars, and the director seemed busy talking about their background... Anyway, on the day of surgery they said my sister was under anesthesia and in surgery, but the director was out in plain sight doing consultations.. Later, I heard from my sister that They gave her local anesthesia and kept her waiting, then consulted with her ^^ She said the anesthesia wore off during the surgery and it hurt like crazy. They had to do local anesthesia again in the middle. As for the situation where they had supposedly taken out another surgery before the operation... the manager said they would adjust the price that day, but never showed their face.
