I had a consultation for incisional ptosis correction and upper canthoplasty. Since it’s a single-doctor clinic, I thought it would be small, but the hospital was bigger and cleaner than I expected. The staff weren’t extremely kind or unkind, just normally kind? That kind of level, and even though I was late for my appointment time, there was almost no waiting, so that was good. After consulting with the manager, I had a consultation with the director, and the consultation focused on the things I had told the manager. He explained things professionally and well. However, maybe because the director was busy, he spoke quickly. He shaped the line well and seemed professional, so I felt I could trust him, but one thing I was a bit disappointed about was that I wish he had shown me reviews of cases similar to mine. I wrote down the price as the amount after the review discount and same-day booking discount. If you don’t book on the same day, VAT is added. I still need to have consultations at other hospitals, so I haven’t decided on surgery yet, but I think it seems like a decent hospital.
