I had facial fat grafting 10 years ago, and when I gained weight, my face gained weight too, so my face got really puffy and I thought I needed to remove it. I really went to consultations at several places, and even though it was pricey, after consulting with the director, I decided right away, honestly. I was more scared of liposuction than putting fat into the face, but it turned out cleanly and well. I’m really satisfied. But after getting it done, I think you do need to take care of skin elasticity.
