The female director who performs the Juvelook treatment is very kind. When I first visited, the desk staff were gathered among themselves and didn’t really seem fully focused on customers or especially kind, so my first impression wasn’t good, but the director made me feel very comfortable during the treatment and checked everything carefully, which was nice.
