About a year ago I had marble nose surgery. They said it was an upgraded version of Hiko, but I haven't had Hiko before so I don't really know. The maintenance is still there to this day, though. But the effect of the tip lifting nicely right after the procedure lasted only about 3 months..? And then the effect almost disappeared, but it is still somewhat different from before I had it!! Also, out of all the procedures I've had, this one hurt the most ㅠㅠ More painful than lip filler... The anesthetic injection in the middle of the nose was so painful.. Still, the procedure itself finished quickly in 5 to 10 minutes, and the doctor's kindness was just average. Since I was scared, the nurse hugged a stuffed doll for me. It definitely changes the shape of the nose dramatically even without nose surgery, probably because my previous nose had a hump? If you just have a low nose, I wouldn't recommend it. It lifts the tip rather than raising the height.. And after the procedure, my philtrum hurt so much I couldn't smile properly for a month ㅠ Also, because I happen to like diving and going underwater, my philtrum hurt so I couldn't wear goggles or a mask... But if you do it about a month and a half before a wedding or something, it would probably be really good.
