Yan review

I have had surgery about ten times, but this is the first hospital that made me feel this kind of attitude, so I am writing this. I posted the price including VAT. I knew they did aggressive marketing, but I had gotten scar treatment and nostril Botox here a while ago and was satisfied, so I came back after a long time with expectations. On the day of the appointment, they suddenly called around 1 PM and asked if my 2:30 PM appointment could be changed to 3:00 PM, so I said okay and arrived around 2:45 and waited. Since they had changed the appointment to 3:00 PM, I waited thinking it was fine, but even after 3:00 PM there was no guidance at all, and when about 20 to 30 minutes had passed, the consultation manager started the consultation. So I thought, okay, maybe I can finally get the procedure done now, and paid and waited, but after that there was still no word... I also asked the front desk staff in the middle, but without any explanation, just with a tired expression, they only said, "It will be soon..." So even after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the procedure still had not happened, so I got a refund and left ^__^. If they were going to be delayed, it would have felt less bad if they had at least told me in advance, but it felt like I was a lump of barley straw left lying around, and everyone who came after me had already finished their procedures and left, and the hospital that had been packed was down to only two people left. So when I asked while canceling the procedure payment, they said it was because I had gotten other simple procedures from another director, but I wish they had told me in advance things like which director would take how many minutes. I had thought everything took the same amount of time, so I just asked for the person who was best at it. The punchline is that as I was trying to leave, they canceled the payment amount and told me to pay a 10,000 won consultation feeㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Honestly, if they had not brought up the consultation fee, I probably would not have thought to write a review. I really felt awful thereㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Fortunately, the assistant who had been consulting with me came out and said I could just go, and handled it well, but if they had kept insisting on the 10,000 won, I think I would have flipped the place over there. Anyway, I left after sitting there like a lump of barley straw for an hour and a half because I had left two hours early so I would not be late for my appointment on a crowded weekend. Since the way back was also congested, thanks to them I did nothing today and wasted about five hours on the roadㅎㅎ... If you are getting a forehead line procedure, make sure to clear your whole day. If you go, you cannot even get treated after waiting an hour and a half ^^!!
