I had surgery because of my large nose

My large nose was originally a complex for me Still, because of the cost and because surgery was scary, I had nose filler several times starting a few years ago But that only lasted for a while, and it would go back again! Before surgery, my nose was a bit large, and the problem was my nostrils that looked spread out! After getting a consultation at the clinic, I was planning to correct it with rhinoplasty and alar reduction too, but the clinic actually advised against it! At other clinics, whenever I brought up alar reduction correction, they all said it was possible, but the clinic where I had it done instead honestly explained not only the advantages but also the disadvantages, so that made me trust the clinic more^^ Anyway, I emphasized that I wanted to get rid of my large nose and have the nostrils and nasal tip become naturally round overall^^ I’m the type whose swelling goes down quickly, so in week 1, after removing the splint, I went out right away and walked around a lot, to the point that there was no major discomfort haha. I didn’t separately have alar reduction, but they shaped the nasal tip round~ so I even gained a more feminine look. People around me also say a lot that I look more feminine, that my nasal bridge is high but natural, and that my side profile is pretty, so I’m really happy haha
