I only used to get nose filler, then I had surgery when I turned 20. I definitely think a bulbous nose needs surgery lol. My friends also say when they look at photos that I really did well getting nose surgery lol I think nose surgery really changes your image completely. I was scared, so I couldn’t get nostril/alar surgery, but if I get revision surgery, I’d like to do my nostril wings too.
