I went to make an appointment for a nose surgery consultation and waited 3 hours because the doctor had gone into the operating room. I did not even go late for the consultation appointment, and all I remember is that the consultation coordinator was absolutely terrible. I had taken time out to go there, but I was in a situation where I could only wait. The doctor looked at my nose and, to be honest, explained it well, but it did not seem like a good fit for me, so I decided to pass
