My nose surgery failed My nose got way too long, and on top of that the osteotomy really didn’t suit me It was a total disaster. I don’t know if early removal will be possible If you have a wide and round face shape, don’t do osteotomy I want to turn it back so badly, really. I never thought I could get even uglier
