I went after booking a consultation appointment, and there were quite a few people at the hospital. The consultations ahead of mine were backed up, so I think I waited about 30 to 40 minutes before finally going in. They briefly looked at my face, checked where the fat would be injected, and told me the fat harvest sites would be the area under the buttocks and the inner thighs. It seemed like there were many patients lined up behind me too, so I felt awkward asking more, listened quickly, and booked the surgery date. But I think I may need a second round, and after seeing bruising on other people’s thighs after fat grafting, I started wondering whether it was really necessary to put my body through that much strain, so I gave up on the surgery.
