First of all, until I went in for the consultation, the receptionist answered the phone rather carelessly, so I didn't have high expectations. But above all, the director was kind and kept speaking politely throughout the consultation, explaining step by step how it would be best to revise my eyes (at other places they tend to speak bluntly and informally). And he even told me to think carefully about whether I should go to the hospital in the first place, so it wasn't over-treatment but respect for the patient! After I consulted with the director first, I also spoke with the consulting manager, who was very kind as well. They wrote the consultation date and surgery details on a business card so I wouldn't forget.
