I had a consultation for sunken eyes + eyes with a lot of fat on the upper eyelids, and I think I waited about 15? 20 minutes. The consultation with the director felt kind + neat + fairly standard. I was recommended epicanthoplasty (they recommended it because the benefits outweighed the downsides) + incisional double eyelid surgery (they said they would decide during surgery whether to remove fat and whether to do ptosis correction..). They said the surgery time would be about 1 hour for line design and about 4 hours for the actual surgery.. They said the reason swelling is not that severe compared with other places is because after surgery they do cooling? in the middle and proceed in that kind of way. And I had a really long consultation with the consultant rather than the director.... First, she showed me the director’s blog, showed cases of other patients, and said they don’t do many surgeries in a day.. Since it’s a hospital known for revision surgery, they said they would do well from the first surgery so that there wouldn’t be a need for revision in the first place, that kind of thing. But everything was good, but how should I put it, it was too hectic. She was even shaking her legs and felt a bit too restless.. Even when I wanted to say something, the consultant kept talking so there was no opening, and maybe because I’m introverted, I came out completely drained.. ㅠ I did put down a deposit (200,000 won, 100% refund if canceled 4 days before), but.. looking again, the line the director drew is a bit higher than the line I want, so I might not do it haha
