I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery a year ago. I was scared of sedation, so I had it done under local anesthesia. The director here mostly does surgeries under local anesthesia. It seems like it would be okay for people with a lot of under-eye fat. I had it done because my under-eye hollows were bothering me, and that part didn't improve much, but the areas with protruding fat turned out well!!
