I went in for a consultation about under-eye fat repositioning. First of all, I had absolutely no intention of getting fat grafting, so I was satisfied that the surgery would be done with just under-eye fat relocation. Also, they said that compared with other people, I don't have a lot of fat coming up or a wide shadowed area, so the effect might be less than what I expect, but looking at photos of cases similar to mine, I think I'll get a sufficiently satisfying result.
