I had surgery at a clinic in Apgujeong about a year and a half ago with silicone and septal cartilage. In the end, I’m now looking into removal. I don’t really have any inflammation or side effects, and there isn’t even any visible scar from the columellar incision, but it doesn’t really seem like the thing I was dissatisfied with about my nose was improved.. I wanted the tip to become narrower and smaller. Instead, it feels bigger and more blunt. The hard thing at the tip is also annoying, and the silicone line seems visible depending on the lighting... For anyone considering nose surgery, I hope you think carefully. Just making the nose a bit higher doesn’t change your appearance that much. I especially want to discourage people who are shy and sensitive.
