The director has a very distinctive personality, so I think people may either like or dislike him. The director's personality, haha. But I kind of liked it. The first consultation was long too, with lots of photos shown to me. He spoke confidently and clearly said there would be a difference, that it would turn out well or not, and in the end I had surgery here and I’m satisfied.
