Original nose: I had my first surgery in 2020, but after only 5 months my nose gradually became upturned, so I removed the silicone and was left with only septal cartilage at the nasal tip. Because it was a contracted nose, they recommended no implant for the nasal bridge, and to supplement the step-off area with ear cartilage + dermis. Nasal tip with donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage, correction of deviated nose, nostril lowering. CT scan was free, and the director was very energetic. Based on my facial photos, they explained the current problems and how it would be good to improve them, but I did feel somewhat like they added some unnecessary procedures. The consultant was fairly kind, but the sales pressure was excessive, and they asked which other clinics I was going to for consultations. When I said the quote here was the highest and I was worried about the cost, they said they could do it for 5.6 million if I decided that day. But the director did not seem that confident about revision surgery for a contracted nose, so I did not choose this place..
