My nose felt like the nostrils were lifted, and I also had a hump nose and bulbous nose. It was a total mess of a nose, so after worrying about it, I decided on rhinoplasty and went for a consultation. There was a bit of a wait. Overall, everyone was kind, and the director in particular gave a very good and long consultation, so that stayed in my memory. For materials, I was recommended silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. Since I was also thinking about under-eye fat repositioning, I had a consultation for that too, and they showed me several cases. The improvements looked good, so if I go ahead, I think I may do the nose and under-eye fat repositioning together. They seem good at that refined but glamorous nose style that is popular these days. Nothing felt excessive, so it was a satisfying consultation, and I liked that the director explained everything calmly and well.
