Because I had a bulbous nose and no bridge, I decided to have plastic surgery. I had the bridge raised with septal cartilage and the surgery done with silicone. The director did a meticulous and good job, and the surgery ended perfectly with no inflammation, but my image changed too much from before, and my nose was already long to begin with, so with the silicone inside it looks even longer, and the shape when I smile feels artificial too, so I'm considering removal.
