I had alar reduction three years ago, but I’m still dissatisfied First, I feel my nostrils are still somewhat large? I had asked for the result to be as natural as possible… I’m so stressed about my bulbous nose that I think I’ll put in an implant or something, but would it be charged as revision surgery? I’m not sure, but I don’t think there will be a lack of tissue since I still have my nostrils.
