I recently had double-eyelid surgery at [Clinic A]. I had been deliberating over surgery because my eyes usually looked a little closed-in, but I finally made up my mind. I was worried beforehand, but Director Choi Seung-ho examined me carefully from the consultation onward and explained a design suited to my eyes, which gave me confidence. During surgery, he reflected the areas I wanted well. I asked for a natural result rather than one that looked overly obvious, and he proceeded exactly in the direction I wanted. I also liked that the process did not feel factory-like and that he paid close attention. The coordinator also continued to look after me before and after surgery and gave kind guidance, so I was comfortable throughout. I still have some swelling, but I am already satisfied. I will leave another progress review once the swelling goes down and the result settles!
