I am planning to raise my nasal bridge with customized 3D silicone, but I am deliberating between an aquiline line with a subtle curve in profile and a clean straight nose. In male rhinoplasty, which line looks more natural and refined? Also, if the cartilage at the tip is absorbed over time and the height decreases, could the aquiline feature become more pronounced?
