I have a hump, a very curved bridge, and a long nose, so from the side I looked like the witch from Howl's Moving Castle. It feels a little embarrassing to say this myself, but my eyes and mouth are fairly pretty; it is just my nose... T_T When taking photos, I naturally always pose to cover only my nose, which was starting to feel silly T_T. So I decided to have surgery within this winter and visited three clinics. I will write down what I remember step by step. I did not originally plan to post a review, so the details may be disorganized; please understand. [Clinic A]: director kindness 5, coordinator kindness 4, hospital atmosphere 3. They said my hump was severe and osteotomy would be necessary, but otherwise the estimate was similar to what I expected. They said I would need non-implant rhinoplasty + donor rib cartilage + hump osteotomy + columella correction + bulbous-nose correction, and the director gave a very detailed consultation. I am hesitant because of the osteotomy.... If possible, I did not want it T_T. [Clinic B]: director kindness 5, coordinator kindness 4, hospital atmosphere 4. Since the two things that stood out immediately were my hump and the length of my nose, they designed mainly around the columella. They said shaving the hump would probably be enough. After feeling and examining the tip from various angles, they said my septum did not look very large, so donor rib cartilage might be added during surgery. At the final consultation, the coordinator included the additional donor-rib cost, and the price was reasonable for a clinic with two directors. [Clinic C]: director kindness 4, coordinator kindness 3, hospital atmosphere 5. I gave the hospital atmosphere 5 because the desk staff were extremely kind and there was almost no waiting. The consultation process felt systematic. They said either donor or autologous rib cartilage would need to be placed in the tip to support my skin and provide enough support, but that hump osteotomy probably would not be necessary. The coordinator seemed busy and gave only a formal consultation T_T. People who like a clean, efficient process might find that acceptable. It was not unfriendly, just a consultation without pressure. I wrote down what I remember. I hope it helps everyone here who is currently researching clinics.

Botox Reviews@botox-review1d [Clinic A] Wrinkle Botox Review
Since it’s an assembly-line-style clinic, they inject wrinkle Botox very quickly and efficiently. I’m terrible at tolerating pain, so the injections are fairly painful for me. The doctor comes in and administers them right away in a hurry.
Botox Reviews@botox-review2d Review of salivary-gland Botox
I booked salivary-gland Botox through an app and visited the clinic. Since the medication was prepared in advance and brought in, I couldn’t see the brand. They applied a cold compress and then performed the Botox right away. There was no…
Botox Reviews@botox-review2d Anyone tried a 3D implant or rib-particle implant?
The title says it all. Has anyone tried a 3D implant or a rib-particle implant?? I heard that silicone is less noticeable than expected in men's noses because their skin is thick, so I am looking at various materials. I have seen many…
Botox Reviews@botox-reviewOct 28 Yebbeum Juui Bbeum Review
There were so many people that I had to wait even though I had an appointment. It’s a good idea to keep checking when your turn is coming. The consultation starts with a coordinator and then you meet the doctor, but overall it felt chaotic
