They did explain things, but they did not really look closely at the characteristics of my eyes. Their tone was not kind and they seemed tired. Everyone on Eta kept praising them as being really good, so I am trying to take that into account.. It was 110 for incision only. They did not recommend eye-opening correction, saying they only do it when the forehead gets wrinkles from it.
