I had nose surgery 5 years ago at a somewhat well-known place outside Seoul. I originally had almost no nasal bridge and a short nose, and they built up my nasal bridge with silicone and my nasal tip with ear cartilage. I liked it so much and had been doing fine, but from the end of last year I noticed that my nasal tip was gradually lifting more and more visibly.. At one point I had inflammation in my nose, but it overlapped with body-ache symptoms, so I thought they just hurt together. It turned out the contracture was getting worse.. I really regret noticing it late and being ignorant about inflammation I have a removal surgery appointment scheduled now, and I hope it goes well
