I consulted at Stairs Plastic Surgery because they're well known for facial contouring, and had square jaw surgery there. First of all, the consultant who handled me was really kind. The director was a little more cool and detached than the image I had from YouTube, but he only pointed out the parts that needed to be addressed during the consultation, and he performed the surgery safely and well! I'm about 90% satisfied with facial contouring!! I haven't had any sagging so far, and it turned out naturally and well As for my nose, the columella protruded a bit more to the left, but it's not visible externally. The director said it happened because my cartilage was thick. Since I have a bulbous nose, I thought the front-view effect would be less than expected, but apparently with bulbous noses you can't really expect a dramatic effect, people.. Overall, I'm satisfied with the surgical results
