Consultation was in the order of director > consultant, and they explained things in detail (professor style). I was recommended epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery, and they do not recommend ptosis correction unless it is truly severe. They said anesthesia is done as sleep sedation for 2-3 minutes + local anesthesia, and there is no particular aftercare; you just come back 5 days later to have the stitches removed, so that seems convenient.
