The director was older than I expected, and somehow felt like a professor with a warm regional dialect. He didn’t feel especially gentle and sweetly kind, but he drew pictures, looked up and showed me review photos, explained things very thoroughly, and kindly answered every question I asked. He also held the line beautifully, there was absolutely no overtreatment, and he seemed to place importance on harmony and the overall feel of the whole face. I also wanted epicanthoplasty, but it seems like he cuts it off if there is even a slight possibility it could look strange or if it does not seem harmonious. (I was rejected for all types of canthoplasty.) However, the director has very strong personal aesthetic standards and philosophy, so I think it would be good for people who align with that.
