As I was researching online, I heard that the director here is really excellent at arm liposuction, so I went to the website to make a reservation and was shocked because it was covered with all kinds of arm photos. That made me feel like they must be that good at arms, so I trusted them. ​ After changing and putting on a gown, you go into the consultation room, and when they tell you to sit on the round chair, the doctor comes in after a short while. I can read faces (my own brain-based theory), and the doctor had the face of someone with strong self-esteem and pride, a bit playful and humorous. Just looking at him, he had the kind of face that made me think he probably studied pretty well in medical school while acting a little full of himself (this is just my own theory). As expected, this place also uses sedation anesthesia, and there is no anesthesiology specialist. As for incision sites where scars remain, it would be about adding the elbow to the areas they showed me earlier on the tablet? They said they are all places that are hard to see, and the only somewhat visible area would be around the buttocks/under-buttock fat? The other areas are hard to see, so they said I probably would not need to worry. He spoke humorously in between, which was fun. Since I am a passive MBTI I type, I responded seriously, but that was my best attempt at showing I found it funny... The doctor I met at the first consultation barely spoke, and when I asked questions, he answered that scars last forever and that things differ from person to person, so I felt completely lost and frustrated (then who am I supposed to trust and spend all this money on surgery with?). But here, he clearly said that if I applied a scar ointment like Noscarna and got scar laser treatment? the scars would become much lighter, so I should not worry, which reassured me. They said arms, abdomen, and thighs could be operated on one area at a time at one-week intervals, and in front of the mirror he looked at the front, side, and back of each area and explained. Very professional... Here, he said things like, “We’ll do it this way here,” “We’ll take this area out cleanly,” “We’ll spend a lot of time on this,” “Ah, but this area cannot be taken out; it should not be touched; it is fibrous tissue or muscle or something,” and from that point I thought that if I had done it at the previous place, I would have been 100% disappointed (of course, I would only know after surgery, but based on the consultation alone). Only by the second consultation did I finally understand where they would remove fat and how the line would come out. While I was lying down, he checked each area with ultrasound and said things like, “At about this many cm, there is a lot of fat, so it is good for liposuction!” He also told me that because I have low muscle mass and a lot of fat, I am a good candidate for liposuction. This was the only place where the InBody test really proved useful, because only here did they explain while looking at the InBody chart. He said my BMI was around this level, so it was just right for liposuction, and it would not have been good if it had been over this level. He also looked at the fat amounts in my arms and thighs and explained in detail with numbers that they were above an appropriate amount, making them good for liposuction, which I liked. The doctor said many celebrities and models also come here for consultations, so I thought, oh, this place must really be good. Honestly, I wanted to use the removed fat for breast fat grafting too... but then the cost... This place is definitely very expensive. He said only the arms would be done with the vibration method, and the rest without vibration. After hearing the cost while talking with the consultant, I felt my vision go dark... sob sob. They said carboxy and Enderplus aftercare are included in the price, and that compression garments have to be paid for separately through the vendor. In the reviews, people said things like they were so rude, they did not want to do it here because of the consultant, it smelled like cheap perfume, and so on, but maybe they were being too sensitive... It was just so-so for me,,, anyway~! The consultant explained things well and was nice! ​ After an intense(?) negotiation (called a deal, but really a struggle), I finally decided on this place and scheduled surgery for tomorrow right away. They said there is absolutely no refund if it is tomorrow... I stamped my decision to do it here. Now I just have to trust the director... You’ll do a good job, right? Doctor?
