They seemed professional on YouTube, so I went after thinking it over a lot, but my satisfaction level after the surgery was very low. They made my eyes look uneven and strange, and even though they said they would take care of the scar, it got bigger. When I wasn’t happy and went in for a follow-up consultation, they said people are naturally asymmetrical. They also said I might like it once time passes. They evaluate other doctors’ surgeries so harshly, but when it comes to their own surgery they won’t admit anything and hardly say a word. And they said that because my original eyes were uneven and my eyeliner was uneven, that could make it seem that way. I thought this was a place with good communication, but they don’t listen well and give off the vibe that the patient is the problem and is being too much.
