Another hospital said it seemed like it could be improved with contouring rather than double-jaw surgery, so I was looking into contouring and went there. The manager said she also had concerns about her lower face like me, and that she resolved it with facial contouring + facial fat grafting rather than double-jaw surgery. But she said my face is dish-shaped, so even if I get contouring, the protruding-looking impression won’t go away; if that’s what I want, I should go with double-jaw surgery, so I changed my mind back to double-jaw surgery... The doctor also said that for cutting the jaw, the nerve line position was okay, and if I was interested in fat grafting, doing the forehead would be good, and that was the end. They said pin removal costs are separate, and if I come within 2 years, it’s 1.65 million won.
