I don’t remember the exact cost… I think nasal tip septal cartilage removal + autologous dermis was about that much. I went because I wanted the septal cartilage that had been used to build up my nasal tip, without implants, removed. I was taken aback when they said the nasal tip would need to be covered with autologous dermis. I had heard about dermis for the nasal bridge, but it was my first time hearing about it for the nasal tip; I wanted full removal because I didn’t want to be stressed anymore, but dermis… that just completely put me off. They said that if I didn’t use dermis, it could become sunken. I just had full removal done somewhere else, and it turned out very well with no depression.
