Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

La Red review

I had my surgery when Director Kim Myung-cheol was at his previous hospital. That was about 4 years ago, and recently I went to La Red for a revision surgery. The clinic facilities are grand, but dark and gloomy, and the filtered selfie reviews and YouTube videos posted in the lobby did not give a very trustworthy impression, even though it is a plastic surgery clinic ㅠㅠ Just my personal feeling. Maybe because the number of patients has gone down since COVID, there weren’t even chairs to sit in, and even though I had made an appointment to come in for a post-op check, I couldn’t even see the doctor’s face ㅡㅡ He was busy. Anyway, it was that much of a chaotic market, but on a weekday there were way too few people ㅋㅋ Even so, I waited about 30 minutes beyond my consultation appointment. During the director consultation, the manager stood behind, and if I asked the director something, they would chime in from behind and answer. Anyway, the consultation price was the cheapest among the clinics. Since it was a revision and I had received the original surgery at that hospital, that makes sense, but even 4 years ago it was cheaper than other hospitals; as a student, I thought it was cheap, and the result was satisfying, so I went back. Conclusion: factory-style, manager-led consultations, and a pushy booking system. Feels like the school bully older sister who acts nice while shaking you down ㅠㅠ The doctor is rather kind, but during consultation he seemed in such a rush that his legs were trembling, and he hurried through the consultation and left ㅋㅋ
