I had under-eye fat repositioning as a man. It seems like about half a year has passed since the under-eye fat repositioning, and it’s true that when taking photos there is definitely no fat under the eyes. But you do have to take into account that wrinkles that weren’t there before can appear because of the fat that had been built up under the eyes. After surgery, the area where the fat was removed + under my eyes hurt, but I have no regrets.
