I applied for a consultation through an app event, and in the end I made a reservation and then canceled it. I was already tired from going around to different consultations, and I liked the line they designed for me, so I set a date, but I canceled because the poor consultation bothered me. I arrived on time for the reservation, but I waited an hour and a half without any advance notice of the delay. There was of course no apology, only no consideration at all. The manager’s consultation focused only on the price, without any explanation about surgery time, anesthesia, side effects, or aftercare. When I hesitated, they adjusted the price, which felt uncomfortable, like bargaining in a market. They pressure you to pay a deposit. The price itself is in the mid-to-high range, and the condition was that I had to leave reviews on the event app and another cosmetic app. During the doctor’s consultation, they designed the line and answered my questions, but I was disappointed that they did not explain the surgery method in detail first. Even if the result turns out well, the system doesn’t seem well organized, so I wonder whether aftercare will be handled properly. I canceled the reservation and refund of the deposit, and although I had to wait again until the manager came, they handled it cleanly.
