The doctor was very kind. He answered every question I asked one by one, and while I was asking, he never gave off the feeling of being bothered or wanting to finish quickly. The nurses there were also extremely kind. I didn’t feel the consultation manager was kind. During the consultation, they didn’t properly explain the possible side effects of the surgery and kept recommending a surgery I had never even considered. The nurses took care of me like they were looking after a younger sibling, and the staff at the counter were all kind, but because of the manager, I’m giving only 3 stars. After surgery, even when I had questions or worries, they would avoid answering and it felt a bit like they were scolding me. It would have been better if I’d had more opportunity to talk with the doctor, but the doctor had so many patients that we couldn’t talk much, which was a bit disappointing. I’m very satisfied with the surgical result. I think this doctor does eyes the most, so as for the nose... I don’t know how the result will turn out. The shape is very satisfying, but I hope there won’t be any side effects going forward.
