About five years ago I had double eyelid surgery with buried sutures, but one side came undone, so I had buried-suture surgery again. Now, one month later, there is almost no swelling and the double eyelid line I wanted was achieved perfectly! If you tell them the eye shape you want, they will implement it perfectly.
