I really went there the day before yesterday, lol. I thought that as long as the doctor was good, I wouldn’t care much about things like the coordinator’s attitude, but they were so rude it was upsetting enough that I thought, why should I pay my own money to put up with this? and decided not to do it here. The director was still kind and looked after me well, but honestly lol the staff were so nasty that I’m not going back. And even if you have a reservation, a one- or two-hour wait is basically standard... The director kept going back and forth between the operating room and the consultation room..^^;; It didn’t inspire much trust. I didn’t feel confident that I’d be taken care of properly if something went wrong... I really don’t understand why they don’t train the staff and keep using a coordinator like that. I wondered if that was the concept?;
