Since it was my first procedure, I was debating it, then saw it on YouTube and went. Everyone was kind, and the director personally consulted with me. There was no pressure for additional procedures, and after doing something like an ice pack, the director came in and gave me Botox. It stung, and the effect was good from the next day.
