The director seems like an extremely confident type. He has a lot of experience and is very famous, so I feel I can trust him. I consulted about a short, low nose, and he suggested silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I’m thinking it over because they said donated costal cartilage has a high possibility of resorption. The director feels very fatherly? and all the consultants are kind. I don’t know the advertised price, so I just entered an arbitrary amount for now.
