The director seems like the type who listens a lot to the patient’s opinion. But for me, what mattered more was someone who would confidently say what the problem was and how we should fix it, so I felt a little disappointed. Also, the consultation manager kept pushing me to book on the same day, which was uncomfortable.. When I said I needed to think about it, she kept asking why I needed to think about it, and that was frustrating Anyway, I went because a famous ulzzang had the procedure done there, but the director doesn’t seem like the type to push surgery hard and seems to accept the patient’s wishes as much as possible.
