I only had a consultation, put down a 500,000 won deposit, and then canceled again. .. But it wasn't even a same-day cancellation.. I canceled 2 weeks before the surgery, but they still wouldn't refund me, and only after I kept bringing it up did they tell me to come in .. When I went, they made me wait forever, and only later did they finally process the cancellation and refund everything except 50,000 won... for something that would've taken no time at all.. they kept making me wait even though there was nobody there... I think I waited almost 40 minutes? I'm relieved. I would rather they had just said, 'Keep 50,000 won and let it go'... How was I supposed to handle thatㅠㅠㅠ
