The doctor said that because the mandibular nerve line was high, it would be fine to do it, and the consultation ended briefly and normally with just, ‘It should be fine if you do it.’ But the consultation manager came in and stood next to me while listening, which felt a bit uncomfortable. It created this atmosphere where I couldn’t really ask about different things, so I just left. And the consultation manager was so rude that even now I can vividly remember that expression, tone of voice, and face.
